The 23rd Workshop on Corporate Governance offers an international forum for academic exchange among scholars, practitioners, and policymakers working in the broad field of corporate governance.
While the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM), which has supported this workshop series in the past, has recently ceased its operations, the workshop continues to build on its longstanding tradition of academic excellence. The workshop welcomes research at all stages of development and encourages discussion and feedback in a constructive and collegial environment.
